Project B is a collaboration between The BIG Group and the Berjaya Cares Foundation for the Dignity for Children Foundation and is located in Sentul. Project B launched with its #ProjectFriedChicken menu that features three different styles of fried chicken. Guests can opt for Signature Crunch, Sweet and Sticky Korean Fried or Ayam Goreng Berempah.
This time around, Project B is collaborating with Chef Sung, who has made a name for herself in the New York community. Chef Sung is a New Yorker from Seoul, South Korea, that cooks globally influenced comfort food. She has been re-inventing classic dishes inspired by the City, and her travels from all over the world, especially Asia. In 2015, in effort to create more product driven, affordable business model, Sung started KimChick, a Korean fried chicken fast casual concept.
In February, Chef Sung is flying down to Malaysia to collaborate with Project B to give our kids a few pointers on how to prepare the best fried chicken as well as open Project B's doors for us to sample too!
